Roast Beef

  • Bottom Round or Rump Roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Diced garlic and insert pieces into the Roast in various areas.

Salt and Pepper the Roast.

Add about two cups of water to the bottom of the pan, this will be used later for the gravy.

Based roast every 25 minutes.

For a 5 - 7 lb Roast, should be cooked 23 minutes per pound.
